Role Overview:

The FCC Developer will support pre-sales activities, product consulting, project management, design, implementation, testing, innovation, capability building, knowledge management, and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-sales:
  • Participate in presales interactions and solution response teams.
  • Provide support in creating case studies and solutions under guidance.
• Product Consulting:
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate with onsite teams/clients for requirements gathering.
  • Identify value-adds to address repeated issues.
• Project Management:
  • Create estimates for project planning.
  • Participate in deployment activities and internal review meetings.
  • Prepare status reports and create impact analysis for change requests.
  • Interface with quality reviewers and auditors.
• Design and Implementation:
  • Monitor design, development, and testing alignment with requirements.
  • Create high-level designs and guide the product specialist.
  • Review code and participate in peer design reviews.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify reusable components.
• Testing:
  • Create unit test cases and perform unit testing.
  • Review test strategy documents and provide UAT and implementation support.
  • Drive defect resolution for timely deployment.
• Innovation:
  • Contribute ideas for improvements and document best practices.
• Capability Building:
  • Prepare guidelines and deliver training on products/modules.
  • Mentor team members to ensure delivery.
• Knowledge Management:
  • Update knowledge assets and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• People Management:
  • Resolve conflicts and support team-building activities.
  • Provide administrative support and inputs on goal setting.
  • Identify skill gaps and mentor team members.
