Job Summary:
As an Operations Assistant/Driver at CRYOPDP in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely pickups and deliveries of time- and temperature-sensitive products for the life sciences and healthcare industries. Your responsibilities will include picking up shipments, ensuring correct packaging and labeling, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, updating delivery details, and managing inventory of gel packs and packaging materials.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up shipments from customer sites and book them for transport to the airport.
- Ensure shipments are properly packed and labeled to prevent damage.
- Plan and schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries in advance.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles, including keeping safety kits stocked.
- Keep vehicle records up to date.
- Deliver shipments on time and update Proof of Delivery (POD) details promptly.
- Clean fridge/freezer units regularly.
- Inventory and stack gel packs as needed.
- Prepare packaging for shipment pickups.
- Update and monitor registers and log books as required.
Required Skills:
- Graduation/HSC in any stream with more than 2 years of working experience in the corporate sector; freshers are also welcome.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any regional language (Telugu preferred).
- Geographical knowledge of Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
- Communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of cold chain packaging is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driving skills and experience.
