Acronis is seeking a Distribution Account Manager for India & South Asia, responsible for channel management and business development with a focus on distribution management.

Responsibilities Distribution Account Manager – India & South Asia at Acronis:

  • Act as the main point of contact for distributors, managing day-to-day operations and driving business development.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and operational contacts.
  • Drive evangelism and knowledge management through tailored onboarding, training, and enablement programs.
  • Partner with distributors to build a Go-to-Market strategy and execute business plans effectively.
  • Facilitate sales management calls and business reviews with distributors.
  • Secure and expand Acronis’ share of the market through new business development and leveraging distributor networks.
  • Work across segments and lines of business to maximize partner revenue potential.
  • Build and manage a cross-functional account team to deliver a best-in-class partner experience.
  • Onboard and enable distributors with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs.
  • Align with distributors for joint activities for new channel recruitment and enablement.
  • Ensure effective management of marketing budgets and execution planning.
  • Evaluate sales performance and address areas of deficiency.
  • Manage the distributor sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Travel regionally as required.

Requirements Distribution Account Manager – India & South Asia at Acronis:

  • 5+ years of total channel sales/development/account management experience.
  • Experience working directly with distributors is an advantage.
  • In-depth channel and field sales knowledge with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Ability to sell through others and deliver results.
  • Proven record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong strategic business development, planning, and implementation skills.
  • Ability to navigate all levels within partner organizations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications.
