  • Provide customized information to interested executives via phone and email.
  • Update lead discussions in real-time on CRM software.
  • Guide and follow-up on program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments.
  • Develop best practices for customer interaction and ensure appropriate program recommendations.
  • Mentor and motivate inside sales team to achieve high enrollments.
