Key Result Areas:
- Ensure adherence to SOPs in day-to-day warehouse operations at smaller depots.
- Conduct regular review and audits of warehouse processes, supporting infrastructure needs (CAPEX/OPEX).
- Introduce new vendors and negotiate competitive rates.
- Timely clearance of vendor invoices and GST reconciliation.
- Prepare regular and accurate progress reports, MIS, and traceability dashboards.
- Review SLA adherence and performance with internal stakeholders like CFAs and Transporters.
- Monitor and analyze budget spending, presenting monthly variance analysis.
- Manage depot-level gift distribution and ensure timely delivery to eligible dealers.
- Coordinate events like dealer/contractor meets.
- Liaise with sales and service teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with government statutes.
- Implement and maintain usage of Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System, and Barcode Scanning technologies.
- Track operations throughput and implement productivity enhancements in warehouse operations.
This role involves managing financial and operational aspects of smaller depots within Grasim’s Birla Paints division, focusing on adherence to standards, vendor management, financial oversight, and operational efficiency.
