Roles and Responsibilities:
- Payment Collection: Ensure that payments are made and overdue debts are recovered by visiting customers at their contact addresses.
- Handle Cases: Manage and resolve assigned recovery cases.
- Customer Visits: Achieve minimum visit targets as per the assigned portfolio on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Process Adherence: Follow company processes, customer handling etiquettes, dress code, and maintain integrity as per company norms.
- Documentation: Update visit details and remarks in the MUCH application, upload house photos of visited cases, and adhere to the e-receipt process.
- Receipt Management: Submit manual receipts within 7 days to the respective supervisor, deposit daily collections by 12 PM the next day, and share screenshots of deposit slips with supervisors.
- Quality Team Coordination: Submit manual receipt book copies to the quality team within 7 days of issuance.
