Job Purpose:
As an Associate Relationship Manager-NBFC, you will be responsible for performing credit appraisals of Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) clients and preparing comprehensive credit proposals to support credit committee decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct credit appraisal of NBFC & NBFC-MFI clients, analyzing factors such as AUM growth, portfolio quality & performance, management quality, balance sheet analysis, etc.
- Prepare credit proposals combining financial analysis with sector-specific information to facilitate credit committee decisions.
- Liaise with Credit Risk and Compliance teams to obtain internal approvals for credit memos.
- Handle Early Warning Signal meetings, responding effectively to observations to ensure portfolio health.
- Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) and Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs) in client meetings, internal presentations, and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
- Manage loan disbursement and documentation processes, collaborating with legal, compliance, and audit teams as required.
- Visit clients to strengthen business relationships and understand their needs.
- Support RMs/SRMs in developing business and account plans, identifying target clients, and conducting center and branch visits for NBFCs/MFIs.
- Analyze quarterly financial performance and receivables audit, identifying trends and deviations in collections and portfolio quality.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation: Any Graduation
- Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation
- Professional Qualification/Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
