Job Purpose:
The role involves assisting customers, partners, and stakeholders with query resolution, serving as a brand ambassador for IDFC FIRST Bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain service quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure efficient handling of customer queries within defined Average Handling Time (AHT).
- Strive for First Contact Resolution (FCR) to resolve issues promptly.
- Adhere to Turnaround Time (TAT) for all customer requests.
- Facilitate channel migration to alternate customer service channels.
- Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) through positive customer interactions.
- Upsell identified products to generate revenue.
- Adhere to the published weekly schedule (roster) including shifts covering 24/7 operations.
