Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking an Apprentice based in Mahad, Maharashtra, India. This role involves maintaining department cleanliness, coordinating and monitoring activities as per regulatory standards, ensuring productivity and quality, and participating in various compliance and safety measures.

Job Description:

• Maintain department cleanliness.
• Coordinate, monitor, and control departmental activities as per 21 CFR Part 111 and all applicable regulations.
• Ensure optimum productivity and quality by effectively utilizing available resources to meet market requirements.
• Train workmen and subordinates.
• Provide quality products and maintain the company’s quality system.
• Ensure data integrity and effective sanitation activities.
• Implement QEHS policies, objectives, and continual improvement projects.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Identify and communicate incidents, QEHS non-conformities, and take corrective actions.
• Implement work permit systems during maintenance activities.
• Ensure waste disposal and participate in worker consultation.
• Allocate manpower and monitor manufacturing and packing activities.
• Perform in-process checks and update departmental records.
• Report incidents to Human Resources and Safety departments.
• Plan manpower requirements under the guidance of the HOD.
• Utilize resources efficiently to enhance productivity.
• Ensure material segregation, product quality, and workplace cleanliness.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Stores, HR, IT, EHS, and Engineering departments.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of machines.
• Comply with internal and external audits.
• Train workmen on GMP, Personal Hygiene, SOPs, Packing Processes, and Company Policies.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Measures.
• Implement and document ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Authorized for workplace condition assessment, hazard reporting, OH&S performance documentation, and OHSMS training.

Qualifications:

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
