Responsibilities for the Sense Internship Drive:
- Assist the Technical Support & Customer Success team in responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and providing solutions to their problems.
- Use our customer support software and ticketing tool to track client issues and follow up with clients as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
- Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer support experience.
Job Requirement for Sense Internship Drive:
- B.Tech/BE or similar technical background is preferred.
- Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Familiarity with SQL and experience with ticketing tools and customer support software are pluses.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
