Job Title: Associate Quality Analyst/Quality Analyst

Role Responsibilities:
Within 3 months:
- Familiarize yourself with the technology stack deployed on Cloud Foundry using Concourse.
- Participate in agile processes and ceremonies.
- Support QA test cycles, including manual and automated testing of web-based applications.
- Understand the end-to-end processing of all modules.
By 3-6 months:
- Debug test failures, identify root causes, and contribute to new automated tests (preferably Selenium or Java Web-Based Testing).
- Gain context within the publishing business.
- Proactively identify technical risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with Dev, QA, Product Management, and stakeholders.
By 6–12 months:
- Provide actionable feedback to team members.
- Drive the qualification of new product features, including test development.
- Execute testing to support ongoing release cycles.
- Manage bug reports for closure and ensure product quality.
About You:
- 1–5 years’ experience in designing and implementing automated test cases.
- Proficiency in Java programming and OOPS concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes and quality assurance practices.
- Experience in API testing.
- Mandatory skills in Java and Selenium; familiarity with BDD Cucumber and Jenkins is a plus.
