Purpose and Scope of Position:
The Store Management Trainee will undergo comprehensive training to gain a deep understanding of store operations, customer service, and team management. The trainee will assist with various aspects of store management, including sales targets, staff development, and maintaining operational standards.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development:
- Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of store operations and management.
- Learn to manage and lead a team, ensuring effective performance and development.
- Operational Management:

- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
