Job Summary:
As a Market Analyst Intern at STARINCO, you will be responsible for creating lead databases, conducting market and competitive intelligence, analyzing customer needs, managing databases and CRM, performing market research, generating reports, interacting with clients, creating content, and preparing presentations. This internship offers a comprehensive experience in market analysis and research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Database Creation:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive lead database for the sales team using multiple sources.
- Generate regular reports and updates for the marketing and sales teams.
- Market and Competitive Intelligence:
- Track market trends, forecasts, and competitor activities.
- Conduct thorough studies on competitors to inform strategic decisions.
- Customer Needs Analysis:
- Identify and address unmet customer needs.
- Database and CRM Management:
- Update and manage company databases and CRM systems.
- Market Research:
- Conduct comprehensive research on market conditions, consumer demands, and industry trends.
- Assist in the preparation of market research reports and presentations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Report Creation:
- Generate reports for internal and external use.
- Prepare competitor profiles and benchmarking reports.
- Client Interaction:
- Handle inbound client requests.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients as needed.
- Content Creation:
- Create content for social media accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and informative content.
- Presentation Preparation:
- Prepare presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and conferences.
