About the Job:
2coms has a contract opening for Service Desk Management for a renowned MNC client in Gurgaon. The role involves providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of applications for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the interface between the client and the system/application.
- Respond to customer issues through voice, email, chat, etc.
- Identify, investigate, and diagnose issues.
- Provide resolutions based on defined processes.
- Follow incident lifecycle procedures.
- Achieve client-defined targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Fresher and experienced in technical client support.
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/BSc in IT or MSC in IT.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with rotational night shifts and working from the office.
