Your Role:
As an Operations Team Lead, you will lead a team of Operations Associates and manage all aspects of the operations process. You’ll handle communications, resolve issues, set and track metrics, and ensure team goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee and lead a team of Ops Associates.
- Communication Management: Handle interactions with vendors and customers.
- Issue Resolution: Manage escalations and resolve logistical issues.
- Metric Tracking: Set, monitor, and track team metrics to ensure all goals are met.
- Reporting: Conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports and the Associate Director of Operations.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years in operations, including 1+ years in a team lead or people manager role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and organizational abilities; decision-making skills without direct supervision; negotiation skills.
- Communication: Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
