About Fresh Prints:

Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup focused on empowering students to manage businesses at their schools. The company collaborates with over 25 printers across the US to deliver high-quality custom apparel.

Your Role:

As an Operations Associate, you will manage and support Fresh Prints’ US-based vendors, ensuring they meet our quality standards and service requirements. You will engage with vendors, address issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with printers and vendors.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for order issues, working with internal teams to find solutions.
  • Print Techniques: Research and understand various print techniques to offer cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Onboard new printers and establish sustainable supply chains for niche and trendy products.
  • Communication: Liaise with vendors, campus managers, and the sales team to resolve issues and provide feedback.
  • Project Ownership: Identify and lead projects that can add value to the operations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in operations, customer service, or vendor support.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication, relationship management, and problem-solving.
  • Experience with US Vendors: Proven ability to work with US-based vendors/clients.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Email Proficiency: Strong email writing skills.

  • Excel Proficiency: Experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
