Role Description:
The Service Associate will service various types of regulators, valves, flame arrestors, and instruments as per customer requirements. Responsibilities include on-site technical support, troubleshooting, maintaining MRO sales accounts, and creating service reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service all types of regulators, breather valves, flame arrestors, cryogenic/steam products, control valves, and instruments.
- Establish personal rapport with customers to understand service requirements.
- Provide on-site service (onshore & offshore) and technical information.
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide high-level customer service.
- Support customers through technical and administrative activities.
- Create and submit service reports and maintain a customer complaint register.
- Maintain current MRO sales accounts and engage with clients regularly.
- Conduct customer site walk downs and maintain customer maintenance schedules.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree/Diploma with 2-4 years’ experience in service.
- Experience in handling regulators, breather valves, flame arrestors, cryogenic/steam products, and control valves.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of site safety practices.
- High level of integrity and customer focus mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
