Key Responsibilities:
- Triage customer-reported issues and identify, document, and configure software defect recommendations within SLA timelines.
- Act as the first point of contact for Quorum’s Oil & Gas customers, providing 24×7 support.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to describe customer incidents.
- Participate in configuration, enhancement, and testing phases for software changes.
- Escalate issues to L2 support as per SOP.
- Monitor alerts and escalate as needed.
- Implement and support master data management solutions.
- Ensure positive customer experiences with timely first response, updates, and support resolutions.
- Document incidents for internal and external communication.
- Create knowledge base articles for resolved issues to enable customer self-service.
- Respond to client incidents via Jira, Salesforce Service Cloud, email, telephone, WebEx, Microsoft Teams.
- Work with global cross-functional teams.
- Provide periodic after-hours on-call support for critical issues.
- Ensure successful completion of personal and team deliverables.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Up to 3 years of experience in solution support or implementation.
- Basic technical experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, solving code errors, and fixing software bugs.
- Knowledge of software development technologies like .Net, Java, PL/SQL, Perl, or Shell.
- Understanding of Datacenter & Cloud Infrastructure services (AWS and Azure) is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL Concepts within IT Service Management and relevant tools (Salesforce, ServiceNOW, JIRA, ADO).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong proficiency in writing and verbal communication in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency and achieve goals despite obstacles.
- A team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
