Key Responsibilities:
- Solve customer problems using the I/O Sense cloud platform.
- Engage with clients, project management, and sales teams for product onboarding and customer training.
- Handle customer queries and recommend product features based on customer needs.
- Share feature requests and collaborate with the product team to implement effective workarounds.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions and document test reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and escalate issues tactfully.
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Relevant skills in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and Internet of Things (IoT).
Additional Information:
- This is a non-coding internship.
- The role involves client engagements, product vetting, and project management.
- Recommending solutions and suggesting product improvements are key aspects of the role.
- Candidates with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset are preferred.
Eligibility:
- Candidates must be available for a full-time (in-office) internship.
- Must be able to start the internship between 15th Jul’24 and 19th Aug’24.
- Must be available for the entire duration of 3 months.
