Role & Responsibilities For Accor Recruitment Drive

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily Remittances: Collect and check daily remittances in the presence of a witness.
  • Change Management: Ensure sufficient change for all cashiers.
  • Bank Deposits: Update foreign exchange rates and make bank deposits as required.
  • Daily Report: Prepare the General Cashier Daily Report.
  • Reimbursements: Reimburse Front Office cashiers for disbursements made.
  • Petty Cash: Make petty cash payments on designated days.
  • Cash Balancing: Balance the cash fund daily.
  • Float Count: Conduct surprise float counts on all cashier holding floats.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain over and short records for each cashier and report evidence of review to the Financial Controller.
  • Float Records: Update all cashiers’ float records on a monthly basis.
  • Movement Records: Keep track of casual labour, valet dockets, official receipt books, and movement records.

Other Responsibilities :

  • Safety Procedures: Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
  • Training: Attend all briefings, meetings, and training as assigned by management.
  • Appearance: Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
