Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor Services: Work across all visitor service areas including checking tickets, invigilating artwork, selling snacks, drinks, and merchandise.
- Event Management: Ensure the safe and smooth running of events, respond promptly to unplanned situations.
- Customer Interaction: Provide assistance and information to visitors, both in person and at the box office front desk.
- General Duties: Perform quality checks, handle Excel reporting, and maintain dashboards.

- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
