What You’ll Do
As an HR Recruiting Intern at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Milan, you will be an integral part of the local HR team, contributing to our recruitment efforts while collaborating with a broader People team across the East Mediterranean and Caspian (EMC) geography.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment Process Management: Utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to actively track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines, enhancing communication with stakeholders and ensuring efficient process management.
- Collaboration with Interviewers: Partnering with interviewers during recruitment rounds to ensure smooth interview sessions and providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Overseeing the candidate pipeline, ensuring efficient management throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Feedback and Follow-Up: Providing timely, qualitative feedback to candidates and maintaining follow-up until their start date.

- Proficiency in using ATS for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (a specialization in HR topics is a plus).
- Strong people-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
