Your Role and Responsibilities for the IBM Recruitment Drive:

As a skilled test engineer on the Db2 for z/OS team, you will focus on the Query Accelerator component. Responsibilities include:

• Stress testing newly developed features and fixes for customer problems.
• Recreating customer cases as needed.
• Creating and maintaining applications, workloads, and automation in a native z/OS environment.
• Collaborating with development to understand new features and modify or create new workloads to test functionality.
• Involving early in the design process to understand test requirements.
• Monitoring and maintaining test systems.

About Db2 for z/OS for IBM Recruitment Drive:

Db2 for z/OS is IBM’s premier enterprise relational database management system. It is the leader in system availability, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. The Query Accelerator component is a replicated and synchronized instance of a Db2 database optimized for rapid execution of complex queries.
