About the Internship:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Verification Processes: Conducting verifications via phone, email, fax, and posts for education, employment history, performance feedback, references, criminal records, drug tests, and address checks.
- Quality Checks: Analyzing verifications received and performing quality checks as per internal parameters.
- Documentation: Updating online applications promptly with completed checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Turnaround Time: Working to achieve low turnaround times for completing checks across all categories.
- Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with verification source contacts.
- Reporting: Drafting screening reports and forwarding them to the client relations team for issuance to clients.
