Role Overview
As a Consultant Legal Administrator, you will support PRCBC in various capacities, including client and case management, administrative legal work, and financial administration. You will be essential in maintaining effective communication with our clients, managing our case management system, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Working Hours
Our preference is for the consultant to work from 10 am to 5 pm for two days per week, including the first Saturday of each month. Due to the nature of our work and our young clients, there is no scope for remote work; the role requires a consistent presence in our Hammersmith office.
Compensation
We offer a competitive daily rate of £140-180, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
Responsibilities
Client and Case Management
- Maintain effective communication with young clients.
- Schedule and manage client appointments.
- Oversee and update the case management system.
Administrative Legal Work
- File, scan, archive, and photocopy documents.
- Create e-bundles and complete forms.
- Request subject access disclosures and information from third parties.
Financial Administration
- Manage costs billing and create invoices.
- Oversee administrative financial work.
Additional Duties
- Support PRCBC in all aspects of our work.
- Ensure tasks are conducted to the highest professional standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and flexible professional approach.
- Highly focused and well-organized.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Adobe, Outlook, and Excel.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo a DBS enhanced check.
