Adagrad AI Hiring Technical Support Engineer

Adagrad AI, located at their headquarters, is looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their Research and Development team. This role involves managing IT infrastructures, providing technical support, and ensuring the optimal performance of systems critical to the company’s operations.

Your Role:

• Provide advanced technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Manage multiple IT infrastructures, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure security and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing solutions and recommendations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their technical skills and understanding of IT systems.
• Lead and participate in IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Collaborate with IT team members, departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard IT systems from unauthorized access and threats.
• Utilize monitoring tools to track system performance and take proactive measures to address issues.
• Manage version control systems like Git and facilitate smooth software deployment.
• Manage cloud-based services and virtualization platforms to support application deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support and IT infrastructure management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco CCNA) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Knowledge of storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Basic understanding of software development concepts and familiarity with programming languages.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.
• Prior experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
