Role Overview:
As a Function Delivery Associate, you will be part of Accenture’s Procurement management team, responsible for strategic sourcing and procurement operations. Your role will involve optimizing procurement processes, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving transformational changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Operations:
- Manage procurement operations across Direct or Indirect (CAPEX, MRO) categories.
- Execute Tactical Buying / Spot Buys, RFx processes, Req-PO processing, and Vendor Master Data management.
- Oversee Procurement Help Desk / Service Desk functions, Invoice processing, Payment processing, and Accounts Payable functions.
- Process Optimization and Transformation:
- Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement QA Frameworks and effective project management practices.
- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for adding value and achieving operational excellence.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Any Graduation.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement operations or related fields.
- Familiarity with Direct and Indirect procurement processes, including RFx, Req-PO processing, and Vendor Master Data.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive compliance and operational improvements.
- Experience in managing SLAs and focusing on people development within a team environment.
Work Environment:
- Rotational shifts may be required based on business needs.
- Emphasis on collaboration, adherence to procurement strategies, and delivering results aligned with client expectations.
