Role Overview:
As a Health Operations New Associate, you will play a crucial role in the Healthcare Management team, focusing on hospital administration and healthcare facility operations. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day operations, department activities, budgeting, quality assurance, patient services, and public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Coordination:
- Coordinate essential documentation for global applications.
- Manage and process electronic submissions, including original filings and Life Cycle Management submissions (CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc.).
- Healthcare Operations:
- Support the administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and healthcare facilities.
- Handle medical and health services, research and education, policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely within your team and with direct supervisors.
- Follow detailed instructions for tasks, primarily solving routine problems with guidance.
