Job Objective:
- Configure and create software programs (PLC and SCADA) for projects using Master codes and GMP/GAMP standards.
- Achieve on-time delivery for production machines as per Sales Order.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Configure PLC and SCADA software codes from master P&ID/Flow chart, FS and release the same for customer software V1.00 or higher.
- Create software codes for additional customer requirements using ACGE guidelines.
- Create, test, release, and document the IIOT Tag list and Interface function.
- Deliver content (screenshots) to the documentation team for machine documentation.
- Create and store software backups for customers.
- Execute and document the disaster & recovery process for PLC, SCADA, VFDs, and servo systems.
- Test and record software ITR results before release to production.
- Execute machine I/O testing.
- Train QA on new machine functions and special customer solutions.
- Support QA in executing machine integration test results (ITR) before factory acceptance test (FAT).
- Provide information to support the Leader of Design and Integration.
- Release software updates for retrofit business.
- Provide feedback to the master software team.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
- BE in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
