Key Responsibilities:
- Learn about and support driver-based capacity planning and forecasting processes for Corp AP.
- Collaborate with the FinAuto team to ensure timely and accurate monthly driver data loads.
- Coordinate with the Anaplan WCP build team and perform monthly forecast rollover processes.
- Identify and communicate data pipeline issues to ensure data accuracy and control.
- Understand Amazon’s Finance Operations systems and processes to ensure accuracy in capacity models.
- Prepare and compile business analytics dashboards and monthly review reporting papers.
- Drive monthly reviews and manage action items from the reviews.
Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing CA with IPCC cleared (preferably in the first attempt).
- Available for a 12-18 month internship.
- Good knowledge of accounting and finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and industry knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
About the Role:
As a Financial Analyst Intern in Accounting, you will work closely with the Accounting and FP&A teams to support financial reporting and data analysis. You will also be involved in capacity planning processes and will contribute to business analytics and monthly reviews.
