Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end operations for one large site or multiple small sites, managing both inbound and outbound processes.
- Performance Management: Track and drive the performance of team members, providing feedback, coaching, and conducting training and development plans.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to Amazon policies, including attendance tracking, and maintain safety and morale within the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance delivery processes and achieve consistent performance improvements.
- Audits and Standards: Conduct 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) audits daily.
- Shift Management: Manage both day and night shifts effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate with a keen interest in customer-facing environments, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong execution skills, action-oriented, and resourceful in problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle ambiguous situations.
- Good people management skills.
