Essential Functions:
- Configure, deploy, administer, and maintain Avient’s regional and global endpoint management systems, including but not limited to:
- EndPoint Manager (Intune/Autopilot)
- EPM Cyberark
- Endpoint Security (Cortex/Crowdstrike/Defender)
- Mobile Device Management (Intune/AirWatch)
- Application Packaging & Deployment
- Remote Assistance (ProxyPro, etc.)
- LAPS & Encryption (BitLocker)
- Desktop OS
- Office Suite
- Provide project management for complex client endpoint integrations, installations, and upgrades.
- Ensure the security, performance, reliability, and efficiency of Avient’s global endpoint infrastructure is maintained and continually improved.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all relevant issues identified through monitoring platforms, calls, service desk, and vendor-generated tickets in accordance with established SLAs.
- Act as a liaison between appropriate end-users and all other IT Teams via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Provide documentation for all projects, systems, and knowledgebase articles.
- Support and help maintain relationships with all relevant IT vendors.
- Participate in the IT strategic process and/or service needs.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision within global virtual teams.
- Follow instructions to achieve a high-quality outcome.
- Flexibility to work within global regional time zones, including participation in off-hours support and weekend on-call status.
- Potential global travel up to 10%.
