Essential Functions:

• Configure, deploy, administer, and maintain Avient’s regional and global endpoint management systems, including but not limited to:
  • EndPoint Manager (Intune/Autopilot)
  • EPM Cyberark
  • Endpoint Security (Cortex/Crowdstrike/Defender)
  • Mobile Device Management (Intune/AirWatch)
  • Application Packaging & Deployment
  • Remote Assistance (ProxyPro, etc.)
  • LAPS & Encryption (BitLocker)
  • Desktop OS
  • Office Suite
• Provide project management for complex client endpoint integrations, installations, and upgrades.
• Ensure the security, performance, reliability, and efficiency of Avient’s global endpoint infrastructure is maintained and continually improved.
• Troubleshoot and resolve all relevant issues identified through monitoring platforms, calls, service desk, and vendor-generated tickets in accordance with established SLAs.
• Act as a liaison between appropriate end-users and all other IT Teams via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Provide documentation for all projects, systems, and knowledgebase articles.
• Support and help maintain relationships with all relevant IT vendors.
• Participate in the IT strategic process and/or service needs.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision within global virtual teams.
• Follow instructions to achieve a high-quality outcome.
• Flexibility to work within global regional time zones, including participation in off-hours support and weekend on-call status.
• Potential global travel up to 10%.
