Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Maintenance: Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of HVLS Fans and Docking Equipment (Dock Levelers, Edge of Dock Levelers, etc.) at customer sites.
- Coordination: Schedule and coordinate installation/maintenance/repair activities with customers and vendors.
- Troubleshooting: Respond to service requests and resolve technical problems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales.
- Documentation: Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies while working on-site.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, technical specifications, and industry trends.
- AMC & Spare Parts Sales: Experience in selling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and spare parts is an advantage.

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, preferably with experience in HVLS Fans and/or Docking Equipment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

- Time Management: Efficient prioritization of tasks and meeting service deadlines.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Languages: English and Hindi (both critical).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Other Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Valid driving license and ability to drive. Willingness to work at heights.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in servicing and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment, preferably HVLS Fans and/or Dock Levelers.
