Role Summary:
The Senior Member of Technical Staff will be part of the Clinicals Engineering team, responsible for full-stack web application development. This role demands excellent communication skills, design and engineering excellence, and the ability to quickly grasp complex healthcare domain concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical design specifications.
- Deliver high-quality software components and services.
- Estimate development tasks and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Write, debug, and deploy code, and perform peer code reviews.
- Master domain knowledge and take ownership of post-release support.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and support team collaboration.
- Advise and train team members to enhance productivity.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Strong skills in Java, JavaScript/jQuery, React, and relational databases.
- Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, JIRA.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux, SQL, Perl, and multi-threaded applications.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
