The Senior Executive – Debt Management Services is responsible for achieving collection targets, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, and managing collection agencies and executives.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve collection targets of the assigned branch.
- Meet the Target on Cost of Collections within the specified cost limit on a monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines for the entire collection structure.
- Ensure collection agencies and executives adhere to legal guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
- Monitor collection agencies and executives to prevent fraudulent practices and losses.
