Your Role:
- Reconcile 8-10 CDO deals daily and perform account reconciliations within agreed SLAs.
- Resolve breaks promptly to ensure minimal aging and facilitate timely reconciliations.
- Liaise with clients and onshore client service teams to address queries and resolve issues.
- Work independently under minimal supervision from supervisors in a stringent, deadline-driven environment.
- Adhere to predefined procedures and ensure daily activities are completed efficiently.
- Maintain professional communication with internal LAS teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support client relationships and maintain a working knowledge of relevant accounts and documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in financial services.
- Familiarity with financial services operations and account reconciliation processes.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
