Responsibilities
- Assist in screening candidates using various recruiting platforms and techniques.
- Support the recruitment team in managing job postings on job boards and company websites.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
- Assist in creating and sharing content to attract candidates.
- Prepare recruitment-related documents and reports.
- Assist in other HR-related projects as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills: Strong passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Abilities: Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
