- Coordinate Quality Metric activities.
- Work with stakeholders to collect data for monthly quality status report.
- Consolidate and analyze project data to seek improvement areas.
- Support in Quality Dashboard/Report/Automation topics.
- Coordinate Quality Audit activities, plan and arrange audit schedules, support for OPLs follow-up, and create audit status reports.
- Administration support for internal trainings.
