Role Description:
The Analyst role involves supporting dentsu by optimizing technology, ensuring data quality, and assisting with marketing analysis, planning, and strategy. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce CRM processes, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, and providing insights into data trends.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce Opportunities, Leads, Contacts, Reports, Dashboards, Activities, Campaigns, and SFDC terminologies.
- Utilize Salesforce Cloud to create, maintain, and enhance reports for stakeholders.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Salesforce Lightning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and drive new reporting capabilities.
- Analyze Salesforce reporting data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Update and manage Salesforce reporting fields for accurate data capture.
- Enrich Salesforce Accounts and Contacts with research and content.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce terminologies and experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, opportunities, and contact/account enrichment.
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights beyond task completion.
- Experience in international corporate, fast-paced environments, ideally in client-facing roles.
- Flexibility, multitasking ability, and self-starter attitude.
- Experience with tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel with large and complex data sets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
