Primary Responsibilities
- Knowledge Management: Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration by managing intellectual capital on the global KM repository.
- Content Development: Curate, sanitize, and publish content on SharePoint Online intranet pages aligned with dss+ strategic practices and industries.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure availability of sales collateral and intellectual assets.
- Metrics Development: Establish metrics to assess content relevance, usage, and effectiveness based on business priorities.
- Support: Assist consultants in accessing past project experience and intellectual assets related to specific topics.
- SharePoint Expertise: Develop and maintain SharePoint intranet pages and workspaces to foster collaboration within project teams and with clients.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in content curation, sanitization, and publishing at a professional services firm.
- Skills: Effective planning, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint Online, including taxonomy implementation and custom webparts.
- Traits: Self-motivated, efficient, and quality-oriented with a strong bias towards achieving business outcomes.
