Job Summary:
As a Technical Content Developer, you will create, organize, and maintain technical documentation for the elluminate platform. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that documentation is clear, accurate, and enhances the user experience.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit documentation for elluminate, including Help Center content, Quick Reference Cards, Guides, scripts, and storyboards.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand technical concepts and translate them into comprehensive documentation.
- Organize and structure content for easy accessibility and consistency.
- Update documentation with product releases and updates.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Gather feedback to improve documentation quality.
- Work with digital content specialists for graphics, screenshots, and videos as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Content Developer or similar role in the software development industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Clinical Trials preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organize large amounts of content logically.
- Quick grasp of complex technical concepts and ability to translate them into understandable text and visuals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Technical Communication Suite, or similar.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, or other markup languages.
