Role Description:
The Program Analyst I will focus on understanding business requirements, translating them into analytical problems, and creating actionable recommendations. The role involves developing visualizations, discovering and designing analytical methods, and participating in the development and implementation of Supply Chain applications.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business problems into analytics problems and develop actionable recommendations.
- Create and communicate business insights through effective visualizations.
- Design, develop, and implement analytical methods for data processing.
- Collaborate with business analysts to develop Supply Chain Proof of Concepts (POC).
- Draft, design, test, and deploy Supply Chain solutions with automation techniques.
- Lead projects independently and ensure solutions are delivered on time.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Supply Chain areas, including risk identification and resource allocation.
Job Specification:
- Education: B.Tech/BE or equivalent degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management/Data Science.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in Supply Chain domain with data management or 2-4 years as a Supply Chain Data Analyst.
- Skills:
- Functional understanding of Operations Management, Operations Research, and Statistics for Data Science.
- Expert in data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Knowledge of Hadoop, SQL, and ETL platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics software like Python, R.
- Working knowledge of SAP HANA or other ERP systems.
- Good to have multiple scripting knowledge and Supply Chain certifications.
