Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training: Lead training sessions on software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Develop Training Materials: Create training modules, exercises, and materials focusing on testing frameworks, automation tools, and languages like Java and Python.
- Customize Programs: Tailor training programs to address specific needs of participants to ensure relevance and applicability.
- Evaluate Performance: Assess trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and advancements in software testing techniques and tools.
- Collaborate: Work with other trainers and subject matter experts to improve training content and effectiveness.
- Support Projects: Assist trainees with practical projects and assignments, offering guidance and troubleshooting support.
Skills Required:
- Software Testing Proficiency: Deep understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Programming Expertise: Strong skills in Java and Python, with practical experience in test automation frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Training Experience: Proven experience in designing and delivering training sessions or workshops.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Additional Languages: Knowledge of other programming languages and scripting tools.
- Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Certification: ISTQB or similar software testing certification is a plus.
Education/Qualification:
- Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
