Primary Responsibilities
- Analysis and Solution Design: Analyze business and technical requirements, translate them into user stories and functional documentation, and collaborate with IT developers.
- Platform Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of FNZ platform capabilities and functional areas, providing consultative support during client workshops.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system, integration, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT), utilizing test automation and database manipulation techniques.
- Documentation: Produce artifacts such as test designs, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring clarity and adherence to FNZ’s SDLC.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with solution designs and business objectives.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that solutions meet procedural and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience Required
- Education: First-class honors degree.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, intermediate computer skills (SQL desirable), excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial services industry preferred.
- Communication: Good communication skills to interact confidently with internal and external clients.
