Job Summary:
As a Campus Recruitment Intern, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and converting student leads into Campus Managers. You’ll work closely with the Recruiting Team Manager and contribute to Fresh Prints’ expansion by recruiting talented students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
- Follow a detailed recruitment plan and add creative touches to meet and exceed goals.
- Screen potential Campus Manager candidates.
- Schedule initial prospecting meetings with the interview team.
- Collaborate with fellow Campus Recruiters to achieve quarterly goals.
- Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate with interview and training teams.
Requirements:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills.
- Preferred experience in LinkedIn sourcing.
- Preferred experience in outbound sales and marketing.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
