Job Summary:
As a Jr. Embroidery Digitizer, you will digitize embroidery files, handle logistical and technical inquiries, and optimize documentation for our vendors. You’ll work closely with our teams and vendors to ensure seamless order fulfillment and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Digitize embroidery files and provide .DST files for all embroidery orders.
- Address embroidery-related and logistical questions from teams and provide real-time feedback.
- Research and onboard new printers with different print techniques.
- Author and optimize documentation for custom embroidery, including articles and Excel sheets.
- Conduct thorough research on print techniques to cross-sell and up-sell offerings.
- Take ownership of projects to improve processes and add value.
Technical Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in computerized embroidery.
- Hands-on experience with embroidery digitizing software (Wilcom, Ethos, SewArt, Embrilliance, etc.).
- Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Management experience is a plus.
