Responsibilities:
- Programming: Develop, test, maintain, and deliver high-quality software applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
- System Oversight: Oversee application systems, architecture, design, data workflow, logical processes, and system interfaces.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to determine and develop architectural approaches and solutions.
- Documentation: Conduct reviews, document current systems, and develop technology roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal application and system performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in developing and maintaining applications built on the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
- Methodologies: Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, asynchronous programming).
- Experience developing services and APIs.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Proficient in database development using Microsoft SQL.
- Communication: Efficient communication in English, good networking skills, and the ability to influence and drive change.

Preferred Qualifications:
- DevOps: Working experience with Azure DevOps/TFS builds, releases, and CI/CD pipelines.
