Job Summary for the GNOC Internship Drive:
The GNOC Intern will be involved in troubleshooting and maintaining telecom and networking products, ensuring high levels of stability, reliability, and availability of managed connectivity services. They will work with various protocols and telecom nodes across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
Responsibilities for the GNOC Internship Drive:
- Troubleshoot telecom nodes and diagnose managed connectivity issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IP network issues.
- Perform first-tier troubleshooting using monitoring tools.
- Configure and optimize monitoring systems.
- Install OS software, patches, and upgrades.
- Monitor systems and validate alerts.
- Coordinate network, software, and hardware upgrades.
- Work with teams to maximize system uptime.
- Refine documentation and troubleshooting guides.
Minimum Qualifications for the GNOC Internship Drive:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or related fields.
