Responsibilities
- Collecting, analyzing, and producing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to support outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in their sales activities.
- Using advanced tools and conducting extensive research to target industries and contacts effectively.
- Analyzing historical and current sales data to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Conducting research on targeted prospects, including finding email addresses and phone numbers for BDRs.
- Preparing accurate reports based on data analysis from various internal sources for the sales team.
- Presenting actionable insights and information to the sales team.
- Analyzing BDR reports to track daily/weekly progress on deals won or lost.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to support prospecting efforts and align goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Understanding of sales processing tools and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and pivot tables.
- Excellent research, data analysis, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage simultaneous data analysis requests from multiple teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Adaptability to changes in responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
