As a skilled test engineer on the Db2 for z/OS team, you will focus on the Query Accelerator component. Responsibilities include:
- Stress testing newly developed features and fixes for customer problems.
- Recreating customer cases as needed.
- Creating and maintaining applications, workloads, and automation in a native z/OS environment.
- Collaborating with development to understand new features and modify or create new workloads to test functionality.
- Involving early in the design process to understand test requirements.
- Monitoring and maintaining test systems.
